I am Christina Brook, and I have been writing for as long as I can remember being able to hold a pencil.  I also have been in chronic back and hip pain for at least a year or more, and the problems with my back go as far back as ten years (pinched nerve, and so forth), so I have had to learn to be very creative in my ways to deal with pain.

This blog grew out of a desire to share my own experience, strength, and hope with others and my supreme hope that they, too, will share back so that this would become an interactive community.
